How do you store my card details?
Evari does not store your card details. We use a secure link to Stripe where your payment and card detail are managed safely.
How can I make my payment?
Evari has chosen to partner with Stripe, a secure online payment platform, for our payment processing. Stripe is fully integrated with our application for a seamless process.
Can I pay using direct debit or BPAY?
We don't currently support BPAY or direct debit payments. For clients who choose to pay their annual premium via instalments your premium will be split up into 12 instalment payments, payable monthly. Stripe will charge your nominated credit card on the same day every month for 12 instalments.
What cards do you accept?
Through our payment partner Stripe, we accept American Express, MasterCard & Visa debit and credit cards issued in Australia.
How do I update my payment details?
Easy! Simply log into your Evari Dashboard, click on profile and then "change billing"
Can I pay my premium via instalments?
Absolutely! We offer instalment payments at no extra cost to you. All you need to do is select the pay via instalment option when buying your policy and we will set automatic payments for you.
Its that easy!
What happens if my instalment is not paid?
We know that sometimes even the best laid plans go awry. If an instalment cannot be deducted from your nominated credit card we will let you know and will try again another day.
Please be aware that if an instalment is more than 14 days overdue and should a loss occur then your claim may be refused. If your instalment is more than 30 days overdue we may cancel your policy.
